Options P&L Simulator — Visualize Payoffs
Fincai's P&L simulator lets you see the profit and loss of a stock or options strategy across a full range of price scenarios before you commit any capital. Model single-leg and multi-leg positions and read the payoff curve to understand your maximum gain, maximum loss, and break-even points.
Because the simulator is powered by Fincai's own pricing engine, you can explore how the payoff shifts with changes in price and time and pressure-test a strategy against the moves that matter to you.
The pricing engine underneath is broker-independent and combines Generalized Black-Scholes, the Bjerksund-Stensland (2002) approximation for American-style contracts, an implied-volatility solver, a yield curve service, and a dividend service. That lets the simulator reflect how a payoff responds not just to the underlying price but to the passage of time as an option approaches expiration, so a strategy that looks flat today can be pressure-tested against realistic scenarios.
The simulator pairs naturally with the Greeks visualizer, which shows the delta, gamma, theta, and vega behind the curve, and with the position sizing and Value at Risk calculators for framing risk. Every result is a modeling tool for your own research — the scenarios it draws are illustrative, not predictions or a recommendation to place any trade.
